Welcome to VideoHub (https://videohub.pro). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
VideoHub is a free service (with an optional paid plan) that transcribes YouTube and Instagram videos to text. We operate "as is", without guarantees of availability or transcription accuracy.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You may only have one account per person.
- You must be at least 13 to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to infringe copyright (transcribe content you have no right to process).
- Overload the infrastructure (rate limits are monitored).
- Circumvent free-tier limits by creating multiple accounts.
- Use the service for any illegal or abusive activity.
4. Third-party content
VideoHub is a processing tool. Video content belongs to its original creators. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transcribe each video you submit.
5. Intellectual property
The service (code, design, brand) belongs to the operator. The transcriptions you generate belong to you (subject to the original video creator's rights).
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of flagrant abuse. You may close your account at any time.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcriptions will be accurate. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app banner. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
